Lei Feng Memorial Hall, located in the place where Lei Feng's Former Residence stands, is a national patriotism education base for Chinese youth, a national defense education base, and a key window of cultural and ideological progress, and a national 4A level scenic spot.

The Memorial Hall covers a total area of 108,000 square meters, with a floor area of 8,500 square meters, a green area of 8,100 square meters and a gathering square of 18,500 square meters. Among them, Lei Feng's Life Story Display Hall takes up 1,072 square meters, displaying over 560 exhibits introducing and narrating good deeds of Lei Feng through multimedia, videos and animations.
