The Daze Lake Near-Natural Wetland Park has opened to the public free of charge in May, 2025, providing residents with a new destination for getting close to nature and engaging in leisure and fitness activities.

From its initial planning stage, the park has been positioned as "A Heaven of Birds, A Super Livingroom," dedicated to creating an "ecological new IP" and a "new landmark of happiness" where humans and nature coexist harmoniously. Monitoring data shows that over 100 species of birds, including egrets, herons, kingfishers, and white wagtails, inhabit the wetland year-round. Among them, the population of egrets alone ranges from 1,600 to 1,800.

An 8.9-kilometer slow-travel path, a 3.5-kilometer corridor bridge, and several bird-watching platforms and ground-level boardwalks in the park offer diverse recreational settings for different groups of people. Visitors can quietly observe birds and get close to nature here.

Inside the park, nearly 400 mu (26.67 ha.) of farmland is preserved, which has been transformed into leisure farms, art farms, and community farms. Nearly 200 mu (13.33 ha.) of paddy rice is planted, interspersed with cash crops such as canola, buckwheat, corn, as well as ornamental plants like clover and sunflowers, complemented by various artistic interactive installations.

Additionally, the park serves multiple functions, including leisure, recreation, research and education. The park's launch area features 12 themed gardens connected by aerial walkways and ground caves. There are also sports fields such as basketball courts, soccer fields, and volleyball courts, catering to the needs of children, teenagers, and adults alike.
