The Huaihua Wildlife and Botanical Garden is located in Pailou Town, Zhongfang County, about 40 minutes away from the Huaihua city proper. The garden is a comprehensive scenic spot with the theme of animal observation and popular science education. Supporting services are available here, including amusement, interactions with animals, catering, and study tours. Covering an area of about 450 mu (30 hectares), the park is home to more than 400 animals of 60 species from home and abroad.
