The park borders the Yangtze River to the north and the Dongting Lake to the east. It is situated at the intersection of Dongting Avenue and Anbao Avenue, serving as the first bridgehead in Junshan District. The park features marathon service stations, a sports square, a parking lot, a football pitch, a table tennis court, a basketball court, and a tennis court. It is Yueyang's first green park that integrates national fitness, weekend leisure, and exercise education.
