The World Horologe Culture Museum is located in Hengyang Xidu High-tech Industrial Park, Xidu Town, Hengyang County. The museum holds the following titles: the first horologe culture museum in central China, an industrial tourism demonstration site in Hunan Province, an industrial tourism demonstration base in Hengyang City, a study tour education base for primary and secondary school students in Hengyang City, and an academic exchange center for global watch appraisal. Focusing on the display of horological culture, the museum serves as a "tourism +" project that integrates watch production factories, watch garden landscapes, and horological culture science popularization and research.
