On the evening of August 31, the Yushuwan Cultural, Tourism and Commercial Complex Project by the Wushui River in Huaihua City was brilliantly lit, with construction workers racing against time to put the final touches on the project. In preparation for the upcoming 5th Hunan Tourism Development Conference, Huaihua has focused on developing a series of new cultural and tourism landmarks, including the Yushuwan Complex, the ASEAN Ten-Nation Themed Pavilion, and Tianwen Island.
